Cost of Services

 

We offer a FREE no obligation, 30-minute consultation.  If following this consultation, you engage us to carry out work for you, we offer the following packages:

 

1.

Book as you go
Organising and decluttering sessions Monday to Friday cost £30 an hour. Evening and weekend sessions are between £35-£40 per hour. Minimum of three hours per session. A 50% deposit* to be paid at time of booking.  Any deposit will be deducted from the overall cost at the time of payment of the remaining fee.

 

2.

Moving Package
We will provide a quote on an individual basis, based on the size of the job and the time needed.  We recommend at least two members of our team, work with you if you choose this package. Please call us to discuss.

 

3.

Goldstar Package
At Systematic Homes, our main aim is to find you the right support to get you going on your journey to clutter free organised living. We believe that by investing your time, committing to dates agreed between us and having a clear plan on how this will work will really help you change habits and is the best way to ensure you reach your end goal. With this in mind, our Goldstar package comprises:

 

  • a 3 hour initial home visit – During this visit, together we will write your aims, look at the visions of how you want your home to look, discuss the tricky areas, and the areas you are happy with, look at time management, and get all your dates booked in. We will get your first to do list written and set you a couple of tasks to set you on your way.
  • 6 sessions of 4 to 5 hours each- During these sessions we will support you with the physical decluttering and getting organised. We will also write your aims and to do list for the time in between the sessions, which we recommend are at least a week apart but no more than four weeks apart.
  • Throughout the process, we will have a phone catch up between each session, date and time agreed and are available via email for any other questions you may have.
    The total cost of this package is £1000.00, payable in-full at time of booking.

 

4. Maintainer/Retainer – Once we have supported you on your journey, we are happy to discuss ongoing work to support you to carrying on your journey to clutter free living. We can do regular monthly or bi-monthly sessions (lasting a minimum of 5 hours in total).


*If you need to cancel a session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. We will then do our best to rearrange. All deposits are non-refundable*
