You will also be jointly writing a personal plan of action.
We offer a professional service, that will declutter and organise your home or work space. We will work with you (or on your instructions) to sort through your belongings and discard things you no longer want, need or love. We aim to create a calm space, that is easy to keep tidy. All advice and tips we share with you are done in good faith and it is totally up to you how you use this information.
We are not qualified to give any legal or financial advice and we are also not qualified to assist with any health issues. (Included but not limited to mental health)
We aim to carry the work out in the agreed time but cannot always account for things that may crop up, especially if you have called us to help when it's an emotional time (e.g. after a bereavement). We want to work at a pace that suits you and will always discuss any changes to the personal plan of action and any changes to the agreed fees in advance. We will not carry out any additional work without your prior agreement.
We offer a totally confidential, non-judgemental service. We will not share your information with a third party on less agreed when sourcing other services.
We work with you present in your home or just get on with the job in hand ourselves, whatever you prefer, It is important if you decide you would like to muck in with the decluttering process alongside us that you let Systematic Homes know of any issues that might mean you will struggle with some tasks.
We are happy to help to remove one car load of stuff from your house at the end of the last session to drop to charity shops. If there are lots of stuff that need removing, we can help you arrange this to be removed.
We take no responsibility for any third-party work that we support you in finding and/or commission to undertake services for you.
We always seek to carry out our work with the up most care and attention, but from time to time accidents happen. We are fully covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance. We are also a member of APDO. A copy of our insurance is available on request
